Why should I attend Convention?
Vemma Conventions are planned in great detail by your hardworking Home Office Team. A tremendous amount of effort is made to present a Convention that will give you the knowledge and motivation to help you grow your Vemma business and make your dreams come true.
Why should I pre-register?
Pre-registration only takes a matter of minutes and guarantees your seat. This year we will sell-out! Don’t miss out!
Can I register at the event?
Onsite registration will be available at the event as space allows. However, we encourage you to pre-register to guarantee your seat as we fully expect this event to quickly sell out.
When should I plan to arrive in Las Vegas?
Unless you are an Elite member, you should plan to arrive by 11 a.m. Thursday, April 24 so you can attend Special Training Sessions by the Vemma Elite, which begin that day. This training is invaluable so you won’t want to miss out!
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes. Please go to your Back Office > Events & Training > All In, to view and manage "Assign Your Ticket" via an email invite to the recipient. They will get an email from Noreply@vemma.com with a link to accept the ticket. Payment for the tickets is arranged between Affiliates.
What is the refund policy?
Once payment is processed, registrations are final. However, if you would like to transfer the registration to another Affiliate you may do so. Please see above.
When are the credit cards going to be charged for Convention?
Credit cards will be charged the day you register.
What is the cost to attend Convention?
The registration fee is $199 per person.
Will there be day passes?
No, all seats are just $199.
Is there a couple’s discount?
No. There is not a couples discount for Convention registration. All registration prices are per person.
Are children allowed at Convention?
Convention is an event that our Affiliates invest a great deal in to attend. To prevent distraction and disruption, our policy is that we do not allow children to attend Convention functions. Some couples have opted to share the responsibility for childcare and split up their function attendance so that each of them can experience some parts of Convention and still care for their children.
Are there cribs available for hotel guests?
Cribs are available upon request for a fee of $30.00 per day.
Where do I go after I get to the The Mirage?
You’ll want to check-in to your room, when you arrive at the hotel. After you are checked in, go to the Conference Center to locate the Vemma Registration Kiosk where you’ll receive your event materials, along with an agenda of the event’s activities and function locations.
What options do I have to get from the McCarran Airport to the hotel?
Shuttle service is available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. just outside the baggage claim area at the McCarran Airport that serves all Hotels on the Strip. The rates are $7.00 per person for a one-way trip. Independent companies provide taxis and limousine service as well. Taxis can be found outside the baggage claim area. What amenities are included in the rooms?
All of the rooms include hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Coffee makers are not included. WiFi is available throughout the Mirage at no additional cost, simply enter your name and room number to gain access.
What will the temperature be like during my stay in Las Vegas?
During the month of April, Las Vegas has an average high of 78° F (26° C) and an average low of 51° F (11° C).
Will we be provided any free product at the event?
No, but you do have the option of purchasing up to 7 Quad Packs of Verve per person at a discounted price.
Will the company provide Vemma for us?
No, the only on-site product that will be provided is Verve. We encourage you to bring your V2’s or Bod-e with you in your travels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
